    I always preorder and I always tip. Today that felt wasted. The person was a young hispanic teen man taking orders skipped at least three cars in my line it looked like four or five and worked the other line because his side was backing up. He never communicated. He did not acknowledge the cars he passed, and he did not explain what he was doing. If it had been one or two cars, I could treat it as a mistake. This was not a mistake. It was obviousto him as the other cars pulled in minutes apart from the people he skipped. That created a real conflict in line. Cars got confused, people got frustrated, and the car behind me ended up on my bumper because of how he ran the lanes. He did not aknowlege or do anything to control the situation. Skipping a whole group of cars with no communication is not speed. It is poor lane control, and it turned a normal stop into an unsafe drive-thru situation. Service at this location has gone downhill dramatically over the last two weeks. Handle both lines or get help. Do not jump a string of waiting cars, leave regulars sitting there, and act as if the other lane is the only one that matters. I come here often. I tip. Fix the order-taking and the communication. This was the worst experience I have had at this stand.

    This location has gone down hill, the energy from employees suck. I went for my birthday this morning and the girl wasn’t energetic/ made my drink wrong/ didn’t even say happy birthday or have a great day …NOTHING , wasted my bday drink should of went to a diff location, this was supposed to be a snickers or scarecrow drink and it’s nothing but a basic drink.

    I went to order my coffee early in the morning and I had my order on my phone and I showed the lady taking order and she was rude saying I had to say it to her. Since when can’t you guys take orders written on the phone? It was a lady with red hair. It’s has never been an issue before but apparently it was for her. She shouldn’t have such an ugly attitude and work in customer service.

    What is the point of the app if I am unable to pre-order the thing I want. Literally every option available except the one I want, a Cookie Butter Mocha freeze. There is an iced option that I could change the milk on but not whether the ice is blended or not. There's a regular blended option, but no ability to change the milk to choc...what is going on here?
