    I went to order my coffee early in the morning and I had my order on my phone and I showed the lady taking order and she was rude saying I had to say it to her. Since when can’t you guys take orders written on the phone? It was a lady with red hair. It’s has never been an issue before but apparently it was for her. She shouldn’t have such an ugly attitude and work in customer service.

    What is the point of the app if I am unable to pre-order the thing I want. Literally every option available except the one I want, a Cookie Butter Mocha freeze. There is an iced option that I could change the milk on but not whether the ice is blended or not. There's a regular blended option, but no ability to change the milk to choc...what is going on here?

    My 1st time trying was a Great experience. The coffee was good and the staff member, G-Layah was very friendly, polite, helpful and generous! Also, the staff member at the window was friendly and polite! They both had GREAT customer service!! I will be returning!

    Always had a wonderful and good experience and awesome drinks too but when I got my drink and left and got to the light I see this like 90%is Ice and 10%drink felt very disappointed.
