  Food is usually overcooked, undercooked, or simply forgotten altogether. Customer service is awful. It was great when it first opened, and went downhill really quickly. Super disappointing because we were so excited to have a Dunkin close to home. Employees make you feel so unwelcome and it’s just not an enjoyable experience overall. Someone come save this location! They need good management.

  I am very disappointed with the new Dunkin Donuts in Waxahachie. We went by this morning, to get kolachies & donuts for my great grandson, myself & my husband. It cost us over $28 and didn’t even get the Apple Fritter I ordered, or anything to drink. When I mentioned it to the girl, she said she didn’t hear me order the apple fritter, yet she had repeated it when I was giving her my order, and she was adding everything in the machine. Since she didn’t give me a receipt, I couldn't prove what she had rang up, but she knew I wasn’t happy, and will never go back. Can’t believe we were charged over $28 for 6 Kolachie’s, 2 chocolate glaze, 1 cinnamon roll, , & a dozen donut holes. The food was not near as good, as the donut shop, at Brown Street, and Dean Box Dr, and we had gone out of our way to go to Dunkin Donuts. If you go, you better take lots of money, and don’t get the chocolate glaze, because the chocolate was so runny, I had to cut it up, for my great grandson, so he could eat it, and the knife was totally covered with chocolate, and I had to keep wiping it off, and that was just for one of them. The other one got thrown away, because it was too messy, & too much of a hassle to try & cut it up.

  We usually love Dunkin and have never had such a disappointing experience until this morning. My daughter and I came in, and no one acknowledged or greeted us. While that’s not a huge deal, it set the tone for the rest of our visit. I placed my order at the kiosk, and when I asked a question about one of the drinks, one of the employees responded with a sarcastic attitude. I also ordered a 10-count assorted Munchkins, but instead received 10 glazed Munchkins. On top of that, my coffee tasted burnt. At that point, I couldn’t tell if my order simply wasn’t being paid attention to or if no one cared to get it right. I’m really disappointed because I’ve always had good experiences at Dunkin. I expect better customer service and more attention to customers orders.

  The workers were extremely nice, especially Dekayla, she was also a baddie.
