Not the best customer service. No one acknowledged customers as they walked in. Their focus seems to be drive thru. It seemed to be a bother that I wanted to order at the register. They have the kiosks but it would take longer to enter your order and then wait for them to work on your order than it will take to just order at the register - at least I thought. Will just keep going to mom and pop donut shops. Much better service.
This review is for the third time we entered this restaurant. This was by far the worst, but none of them have been good.
When we entered the store, there were at least three employees working and no one greeted us. No one mentioned they would be right with us. No one said a word. A young lady stocking the lobby walked right by us without eye contact, or hello. Twice. The young woman working the counter didn’t even make eye contact. She just kept walking back-and-forth working in the back of the register area. Since there was no one coming to the register to take our order, we ordered on the screen that was directly next to the register. The order was fulfilled with zero words said to us other than, “He’s got your bagels” from the girl who boxed our donuts. The young man delivered the bagels and did say something, but it was mumbled and we could not hear it.
It was all very odd. But the donuts and bagels were good.
My four kids and I stopped in this afternoon for a quick treat, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The store itself was clean, and the donuts were well-stocked, fresh-looking, and neatly organized, which gave us a good first impression.
However, the service completely overshadowed anything positive. When we walked in, an employee was cleaning the coffee machine but never turned around to greet us or acknowledge that we were there. My kids spent about five minutes looking over the donut selection, and still nothing—no greeting, no eye contact, no indication we were even noticed.
I eventually walked up to the register, thinking maybe we hadn’t been seen, but even then, the employee turned around and still didn’t acknowledge us. We stood there for another five minutes without any service. During that time, another employee came out from the back and went right back again without saying a word.
It was clear that customers were not a priority at all. Because of this, I can’t even speak to the quality of the donuts or coffee—we were never given the opportunity to place an order.
I would recommend trying a different location. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to this one.
This locations is unfortunately not consistent. One day I get a Caramel Craze coffee and it’s good, the next day it taste terrible. I ordered Uber eats the other day and they completely forgot one of my hash brown orders.

I always order through the app so never have trouble with wait, but i've been going to Dunkin forever now, and even though i know they're considered to be very mediocre when it comes to coffee, most locations up north in DFW have never given me an issue. Was excited to finally see a dunkin open up in (zero issues with the Dutch or 7brew right next door) but dunkin was just my go to, since this place has opened i have had not received one coffee there that didn't look like complete sewage water, awful tasting, one time i even went back to make a complaint the girl greeted me nicely, it was maybe 5 seconds she came back and im almost 100% certain gave me the same exact cup with an extremely dry response. It's a shame because i really enjoy the apps rewards system, but Dutch will have to do for now. -1/5
