  Unbelievable Stopped by dunkin donuts drive thru at 618pm on 6/21/26 and the associate told me they are closed for the day. Then why does it say you are open at 7pm. This is the second time they lost business

  I came here to pick up an order for a customer. The service was very slow. No one was in the lobby, yet it took about three minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally received the order, the employee handed me the bag without saying a single word. Experiences like this are one reason I prefer supporting local, family-owned businesses. In my experience, they tend to provide friendlier and more attentive customer service. A simple greeting and basic courtesy can make a big difference.

  Service here is totally impersonal. They have moved to a self-order system and now it takes 10 minutes to get 2 donuts because no one takes your order. They do not even acknowledge you when you walk in. Several people wait to get their order take (because thats why you come in side) and they wont even look at them. It is sad.

  Arrived at 6:40pm (20 mins before closing time) bc I desperately needed my fav order so I can study for the evening & they wouldn’t take my order bc they said they were closed and then I said didn’t they close at 7pm and then the employee proceeded to say they ran out of supplies. Probably a lie just so they wouldn’t have to make my order but no longer taking orders 20 mins prior to closing time is unacceptable. It clearly says open until 7 pm.
