  Okay, we went in to order our coffee and donuts. The computers would not do what we wanted it to do. Then when we asked for help they wasn't sure either. So we did not get our donuts coffee. Yes Dunkin donuts needs to get back where people are helping people that does not relying on computers

  I ordered kolaches and munchkins through the drive-thru because I was in a hurry to get to work. I didn’t have time to check my order before leaving. When I was about to eat, I realized the munchkins were missing and only the kolaches were in the bag. I understand mistakes happen, but it was frustrating since I was already on my way to work and couldn’t easily go back. The customer service was also disappointing. The workers seemed uninterested and as if they didn’t really want to be there. I hope the staff can be more attentive and make sure orders are complete before handing them to customers. Very poor customer service. I will never come back again.

  Another location not putting the cream cheese on the bagel, not even a knife to spread the cream cheese, lazy and lame people

  The sandwich was just trash!! Dry, eggs rubber and I suppose what was labeled bacon...the price dont fit the quality...wish I could give zero stars...feeling robbed

  Food is usually overcooked, undercooked, or simply forgotten altogether. Customer service is awful. It was great when it first opened, and went downhill really quickly. Super disappointing because we were so excited to have a Dunkin close to home. Employees make you feel so unwelcome and it’s just not an enjoyable experience overall. Someone come save this location! They need good management.
