I expect there to be a portion of rice instead of the pitiful ration they give. I will no longer be coming to this location. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to DeSoto than deal with this crap. Overpriced food and these cheapskates skimp on everything else. You should be ashamed.

I’ve never gone into this location and seen anything disgusting. It’s just a good rule of thumb to make sure the work area where food is served to be clear. Including the area in the kitchen where the food is prepped. Also, it should be encouraged to the staff to not talk as much over the food. Advise them to only say what is necessary. This advice goes to the people in the kitchen area as well. The staff are always nice. Always friendly. Good location. I’m a Chipotle fan so I will always go to this location. So far, so good.

I will make this information available to our restaurant team and field leaders to make sure we are better prepared for next time”. Sad response. I’m loyal to my word..there’s many other places closer to my home I’ll be taking my business too. Call me petty I don't care. I don’t leave reviews, but this is unacceptable. I have gone in May 31 and June 7, 2026 at 4 PM two weeks in a row to be told that they do not have any Sofritas and they will not be serving any more until Monday. Why in the world would a restaurant on a busy weekend two weeks in a row not have an item that is on their menu and then also tell you that they will not be serving that the rest of the entire day. I’m done with this place unless there’s a remedy.
