  Always friendly service. Instead of waiting in silence staring at a window, the staff talks to you while you're waiting for your order.

  visit 7 Brew Coffee frequently, usually about once a day, and I’ve noticed that the total price often changes even when I order the same items. After paying closer attention, it appears that tips may sometimes be selected on the payment screen without customers clearly noticing. While the difference per transaction may seem small, if this is happening regularly to multiple customers, it can add up quickly. I believe management should review this issue with staff to ensure customers are fully aware of any tip selections before payment is completed. Transparency and consistency are very important for customer trust. I enjoy the coffee and service overall, but I wanted to share this concern so other customers can pay close attention to their totals and so management can address the situation appropriately.

  I love the location in Waxahachie the young men and women are excellent at their jobs my wife and I are well pleased.

  They need a better ordering system. I sat in line while one person skipped my entire line and didn’t get to order until I got to the window. She was talking with her friends leaving her iPad in people’s cars and complaining about the line.
