  I tried the key lime pie lemonade for the first time it is amazing if you've ever eaten key lime pie this taste exactly like that you're going to love it

  The staff is well organized and always nice! I’m so happy to have 7Brew here in Hachie! Every time I come to 7Brew they ask about my day and it’s nice. It makes the short wait for my drink enjoyable. I like that they can carry a conversation well.

  I usually don’t leave reviews but the service & atmosphere were definitely suprising for a place of business. I went with my boyfriend to get myself a cup of hot coffee a few nights ago. When we pulled in we were the only customers in line it took a few minutes to get a worker to come take our order due to the fact that there was a big group of people standing outside throwing stuff around and being obnoxiously loud, it seemed like they were focused on themselves rather than actually working while on the clock. They were so loud i just assumed it was a group of highschoolers hanging out there but then a lot of them started coming in and out of the building so i wasn’t sure if it was even workers or not due to the fact they weren’t in uniform. When somebody did take our order we had told them we had a mobile order in which i ordered about 6 minutes before arriving. Even though I had a mobile order it took my like 10 minutes to get a simple hot coffee. After they came up to the car to take our order a few more cars pulled in and then we had other workers coming to our car asking if somebody had taken our order yet which i thought was little insane because she had only checked after more cars had pulled in and which she would’ve known if our had been taken if she wasn’t more focused on throwing stuff outside and talking with friends instead of working. after we told them our order was mobile and more cars pulled in about 3-4 employees were inside looking stressed trying to make orders very fast which they wouldn’t have had to do that if they were just working instead of conversating and throwing things. It really just seemed like nobody was intrested in working while actually being on the clock not mention the people walking in and out of the building not in uniforms and the high volume of workers while still not even getting mobile orders out on a timely manner. i even had add-ons missing from my drink because they were trying to get it done so fast since they were literally just “hanging out” instead of working. I don’t know I would definitely recommend dutch bros which is where i will be returning for now on!

  I always come here pretty frequently, the service is always okay or good but today was far from what I was used to, I just came through getting my coffee before work and they made both of the drinks incorrectly so I asked for it to be remade I understand it's busy so no issue there, the issue comes when we ask for it to be remade and the employees are not so kind about it they just brush it off with no apology which to me is the bare minimum? I work in customer service so I know how it can be. My friend wanted her drink remade because it didn't taste like how it usually does and they had such an attitude when remaking it. We get the drinks remade and I was severely disappointed. I had gotten a banana bread Blondie with chocolate drizzle and they originally made it with caramel so I requested it without. I get my drink and it has caramel pooled at the bottom with chocolate drizzle in the drink which makes it seem intentional. And my friends drink was supposed to come with caramel and it did originally but when we received them, the drink was left without it and it tasted the exact same. Makes you think they probably just poured it into a different cup. I don't believe I was in the wrong for wanted the drinks I paid 14 dollars for to be made correctly I was being respectful aswell and when that lady handed the drinks to us she was not polite which disappointed me further as I tip Everytime and I enjoy 7brew but after this I'll probably search for other places to get my coffee at of course I'll still come here just not as often.
