  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Declining Food Quality and Seasoning Standards Wingstop ought to be ASHAMED of the decline in food quality that customers are continuously experiencing. Wingstop built its reputation on BOLD, flavorful, well-seasoned chicken, yet lately the chicken has been consistently bland, under-seasoned, and nowhere near the quality customers have come to expect. At this point, Wingstop should advertise “bland chicken” because that is exactly what many customers are receiving. I strongly believe this is a management and employee-training issue. Proper seasoning requires the chicken to be tossed thoroughly so that the seasoning coats both sides and every piece, rather than simply sprinkling seasoning onto one side and calling it done. Customers should not have to double back to the counter or ask employees to add more seasoning because the food was improperly prepared the first time. That is frustrating, inconvenient, and completely avoidable with proper training and quality-control standards. I have also noticed a difference in the level of attention given to orders depending on the time of day. During lunch, the staff often appears more experienced and attentive, while evening shifts sometimes seem to lack the same level of care and consistency. Regardless of an employee’s age or the time of day, every customer should receive the same quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Managers need to ensure that every shift is held to the same standards. If customers wanted bland chicken, there are plenty of other places we could go. This is Wingstop. The name and advertising promise bold flavors, and customers should not have to beg for the flavor they were promised. When the actual product repeatedly fails to match what is being advertised, it undermines customer trust and makes the advertisements feel misleading. Please take this complaint seriously and address the issue through proper employee training, seasoning procedures, manager oversight, and consistent quality checks across every shift. Customers should be able to order Wingstop and confidently expect the bold, flavorful chicken that made the brand popular in the first place. Get it together, Wingstop. Your customers are noticing, and we deserve better.

  This Wingstop is very care Less bunch of young kids that I’m going to call corporate for them being lack luster not doing their job laughing and playing.the wait at this restaurant be so long.

  Ordered boneless wings and got bone in. The bone in wings are so overcooked they’re impossible to eat. Only thing worth eating is the fries but I didn’t need to pay over $60 for fries for the staff answering the phone to tell me “no that’s your error” when the seasoning choice was also wrong on the wings. Offered no help, the wings are hard and gross. Horrible service and horrible food and it was supposed to be for a birthday dinner. Used to be a fan.

  I found this black object in my fries. It certainly doesn’t look like food. It looks like half the body of an American cockroach that has been deep-fried until it turned black. I’m not sure whether the kitchen staff noticed it before serving the food. This is a serious food safety concern, and I expect the restaurant to explain how something like this ended up in my food.
