- RCralph cotnoirMay 21, 20261.0I find myself wondering how can I give this negative stars as it is what it truely deserves. I ordered wings last night. They were delivered COMPLETELY WRONG!! I called and spoke to the manager. He was a bit snippy but he assured me that a replacement order would arrive in 30 min. Well... 45 min later... I'm still waiting. I called again. This time he was exceedingly rude. I reminded him Not to promise 30 min on their screw up if he couldn't keep that word. Specifically I told not to over promise and under deliver. To be blunt, he was the rudest manager I've had the displeasure of dealing with. When the wings did arrive, they were less than hot and tasted terrible! $63.81 DOWN THE DRAIN! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AND AM STRONGLY CONSIDERING DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK! I reached out to another location to get the number of of the district manager, Chris,Im told. . I have yet to hear from him and it is 2:49 pm the next day. This leads me to believe that they DO NOT CARE AT ALL. So if you want wrong deliveries, terrible service and resolution, as well as an unnecessarily and excceedingly rude manager, go ahead and place an order. Its your own fault when you are disappointed and treated badly!!!
