  This may be the saddest NY style pizza I’ve ever seen or tasted. The crust was tough, the toppings were burnt. Even my kids said this didn’t look good.

  Very poor service. After standing and waiting and being ignored, I had to call twice to get someone to finally speak to me. Thankfully there are plenty of other options, so I don’t have to return here again.

  I'm actually writing this for my 70 year old Mother. Every few months she orders 3 pizzas for pickup. She goes in the store , not the drive thru. The last two times the cashier has actually made rude comments under her breath about how rude it is when people don't tip. Wth, you aren't delivering them... She should not feel obligated because you branded her three pizzas she carriedv ot.

  I've gotta give props, I have ordered several pizzas from the watauga store on rufe snow over the last year.. And every single time its been on point! Solid pizza generous toppings, seems like everyone skimps but this pizza hut very fair! Always ready when I've arrive. Also really want to shout out Lily she awesome very good vibes friendly and pleasant! Home run with her. Anyways . lots of people have something negative to say in a review! I wanted to take the time for a positive one ❤️
