  It was a delivery so can't answer for atmospjer. Did doordash so I had to pay the most outrageous charges such as papa.johms deliver free,door dash 7 dollar fee snd the straight ro you extra $2 99

  We order from this location and the one off of Beach. This one is usually just when my husband drives by it. He can pick it up on the way home from work. We have gotten multiple orders from here and I've waited to write a review thinking maybe it's just A mess up this day but we ordered again today and my husband went to pick it up. Part of our order. We always order the cheese sticks because my autistic child has that as one of his safe foods. We have never had a problem with the beach location but this location there's consistent problems. Today. This is probably about the fourth time we ordered it from there and there was basically cheese in the middle and then probably about 4 in from the crust. The cheese was missing in most spots. So it was basically just bread with crunchy edges. This is quite disappointing again because we order pizza at minimum once a week and it sucks that there's no consistency at this location as there is at the other. Unfortunately, I don't think we will continue to order from this location and just go to the one closer to home even though it's not always that convenient. Additionally, in the past we have ordered deep dish pizzas and it seemed like the toppings had slid off

  Y'all need to hire more staff for starters. Then actually train customers service. 3 time tonight having a negative experience due to rude staff with probably too much work and not enough staff.

  Worst Papa John's pizza I've ever had. First, it had the wrong sauce on it, but also didn't have enough. And then there's the cheese, where was it? And the crust was so thin you might think it was from CiCi's, except they know how to put cheese on a pizza. I ate half, fed the rest to my dogs, and went to bed hungry. My siblings rarely receive their orders correctly from this location. Given the price, I'd rather go to CiCi's. Given the consistency, I'll stick with Domino's. Costco makes a much better, much larger pizza for $10 and it's on my way home.

  I live nearby and had taken a 3 year break from Papa John's after countless problems with this location. The last time I ordered a pizza, it came half raw in the middle, which I did not realize until the pizza began to cool. The damage was already done though - I had a yeast infection of the stomach for 5 months. Today, I ordered again, well done. I don't actually WANT my pizza well done, but I did this to ensure I wouldn't get raw dough. I got 6 cheese, but despite having 6 different kinds of cheese, it was very scarce. My second pizza was also very light on cheese. There was almost no sauce on either pizza and the dough was either for a smaller pizza or didn't rise properly in the oven - it was flat, crunchy, not chewy, and very thin under the toppings. I did NOT order thin crust. This is my last time ordering Papa John's. It's just not a good experience.
