  Came in at 8:00pm on a Monday. They were out of chili lime sauce, all chips, and no napkins. And they don’t say anything until you order it. It would be nice if they would post it or tell you when you start to order. I keep coming to this location thinking it will get better but unfortunately it never does.

  8pm on a Saturday. And was out of a lot of items from the menu. Said they would not be making more. Was more concerned with trying to close. At 8pm when opened until 11pm.

  Really disappointed with my experience here. I was treated very poorly by the staff, and when I tried to get help with the situation, they made no effort to actually assist me or find a solution. I was also shocked when I was told I would be charged almost $20 for a single bowl. I understand prices can vary depending on what you order, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of willingness to help made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I left feeling completely disregarded as a customer. I expect better customer service than this, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

  I stopped at the Chipotle at 9127 Grapevine Hwy around 12:30 and was told they were only accepting cash, with no explanation. I rarely carry cash—like most people—so I drove to the next closest location, 7604 Denton Hwy, about 20 minutes away. After waiting 15 minutes in a line nearly out the door, I was then told I couldn’t order a quesadilla. When I asked why, both employees just stared blankly and said, “I don’t know. I wasn’t given a reason.” I’ve been a Chipotle customer since the early 2000s, and the service has declined to a level that’s hard to understand. Basic tasks—taking an order, making a burrito, preparing a bowl or kids meal—have become unexpectedly difficult. I recognize turnover is high, but this experience was beyond reasonable. Combined with the recent changes to the rewards program and rising prices, the lack of service simply doesn’t match what customers are paying. Today’s experience was unacceptable.

  I have been to more than 100 Chipotle locations, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. On Aug 21st evening, we visited this place. Our order included two kids’ quesadillas, which come with small chips. The lady who claimed to be the store manager rudely told me that they did not have small chips available. I then asked if, instead of the two small chips, I could get one large bag of chips, which was already available and displayed in front of me. She very rudely told me that I would have to pay extra for the large chips. I explained that it was not my fault they did not have the size of chips included with the kids’ meals and that I should not have to pay extra because of their inventory issue. At that point, the conversation escalated. Her attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I was so disappointed by the way I was treated that I decided not to purchase anything from the store and left. I have visited more than 100 Chipotle locations, and I have never experienced this level of poor customer service. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
