I've visited this location many times and have never had any problems until today. But today I got some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sunday around lunch before the typical lunch rush with only a few patrons already seated when we came. We ordered our food and when it came time to get the two bags of chips that come with the kids meals we were told they "didnt have any". There were 20+ large bags of chips sitting on the shelves but no "kids chips". The cashier told us it would be a few minutes before they were ready, we accepted that and sat down. A few minutes later we saw someone come from the back with a large container of chips, and she started filling up large size bags. We ent back up and asked if she had any kids bags of chips, she looked up, said "no" and continued bagging large bags of chips. We asked the cashier that told us the kids chips would be a few minutes and she responded "she's making large bags right now, she'll bag the kids bags in a few minutes." They both acted bothered that we asked about something that we paid for. Now, I've never worked in a Chipotle but I do know that it doesn't take a lot of thought to just put a small handful of chips in a kids size chip bag when theres already 3 full shelves of large chip bags ready to go. 20 minutes later, still no kids chips. Apparently asking for something you've already paid for is a huge inconvenience based on the attitude we received in response. Chips aren't that big of a deal which is why we left after 30 minutesof waiting, even though we got a side of guacamole we were planning on eating with said chips. Its the fact that at any point either of the employees we interacted with could have just put a few chips in 2 kids size bags. We left with no chips. Also. The chicken was in huge pieces connected by tendons and fat. Definitely not their best work.

Visited this location on Monday, May 11, 2026 around 9:24 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with a manager named Makayla (spelling may be incorrect). I came in to use a free queso reward through the Chipotle app along with purchasing a bowl. The employee who made my bowl was kind and informed me he was new. I scanned my reward code, and although the total still looked incorrect on my end, the employee stated it appeared correct on his screen and told me it should be fine to proceed with payment. After paying, I realized I was still charged for the queso that should have been free. When the manager came over, I calmly explained the situation from the beginning. Instead of simply refunding the queso amount, I was told I would need to be charged again and then wait for a refund. I explained that my bank can take several business days to process refunds and that I did not want to be double charged for the transaction. At that point, the manager rolled her eyes, responded with “yeah whatever,” and became very dismissive and rude during the interaction. She did eventually process a refund of $2.98, but throughout the interaction she was disrespectfully tossing receipts into my bag without explaining anything and acted as though I was inconveniencing her, despite the issue not being my fault. The most disappointing part was not even the app issue, technology glitches sometimes I get that! But It was the attitude and lack of professionalism when trying to resolve a simple customer service issue. I have visited this location before and never had a bad experience until tonight, which is why this stood out so much. I hope ownership or upper management addresses how customers are spoken to during situations like this because respectful communication goes a long way!! I will not be back to this location, because the treatment from this “manager” tonight was just awful! Horrible representation of Chipotle!

Arrived at 6:55 on Cinco De Mayo and they had no beans, no steak, no chicken, no barbacoa. I asked if it was being prepped the girl turned to the grill and said no...they were not making a thing. Peak of dinner and no meat, and the queso dip looked crusted over, too. I have grown to officially dislike Chipotle enough since this seems to be their new standard. No greeting, dirty tables, no food, and charge for everything. I was ok with some, but now no food is the whopper!

I went to pick up a large order (I had to do separate orders bc the app/website wouldn’t let me do one order). I arrived to pick it up and of course there were 10 bags. I asked if there was a larger bag I could carry the bags in. The lady who said she’s the “general manager” rudely told me no. A nice lady brought out some smaller bags with handles and was helping me load the bags when the “GM” told her to stop helping me. She was also telling the cashier to put the bags she was about to hand me back. She started to fold it back up and I politely took it from her. The manager continued to tell me I could not so that bc they are “separate orders”. I explained the situation that I placed all the orders and paid for them and my name was also on all the bags. I have never been treated so ugly as a paying customer. If they weren’t going to give me bags someone could have at least offered to help carry them to my car. That manager needs to be fired as she clearly hates her job (and life). Myself nor my hospital (right down the road) will Be utilizing chipotle for any events we cater.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service and Inconsistent Policy at Your Branch Dear Chipotle Customer Service, I am writing to formally file a serious complaint regarding my repeated negative experiences at one of your locations. I am a loyal and regular customer of Chipotle and frequently visit different branches where I consistently order a quesadilla and am charged accordingly without any issues. However, at this specific branch, I have repeatedly been told that I am not allowed to order a quesadilla alone and must purchase a full meal instead. This is completely inconsistent with the standard service I receive at other Chipotle locations, and it feels like an unnecessary and unfair restriction being imposed only at this branch, despite me clearly communicating my order each time. In addition, I would like to formally address the extremely unprofessional and rude behavior of one of the employees working at this location. On multiple occasions, her attitude has been dismissive and disrespectful. Today, she spoke to me and my sister in a very inappropriate manner, telling us “hurry up, people are waiting behind you,” in a rude and rushed tone that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected as customers. When we asked for white rice, we were told it would take approximately 30 minutes to prepare, without any apology, explanation, or basic customer service courtesy. The response was delivered in a careless and unacceptable manner, which reflects poorly on the standards expected from a well-known brand like Chipotle. As someone who also works in the restaurant industry, I fully understand operational pressure and customer flow. However, professionalism, respect, and proper communication are non-negotiable. When items are unavailable or delayed, customers should be informed politely, with apologies and alternatives offered—not spoken to in a dismissive or rude way. I would also like to emphasize that I felt the overall treatment at this location was unfair and unwelcoming. I am now questioning whether this behavior is being tolerated within your staff, and whether there is proper supervision and training in place at this branch. Furthermore, I cannot ignore the concern that customer treatment should never vary based on appearance, background, or assumptions. Every customer deserves equal respect and service regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard. I am requesting a formal review of this matter, including the staff behavior and the inconsistent ordering policy being applied at this location compared to other Chipotle branches. I also strongly recommend retraining staff on customer service expectations and respectful communication. I hope this issue will be taken seriously, as I continue to choose Chipotle due to its reputation
