  How this location continues to screw up as much as they do and still not be shut down by corporate blows my mind. EVERY time you go there is a minimum 30 minute wait in the drive through. Minimum as in even if you are the only customer being served and even if you ordered 20 minutes ago on the app. Their drinks have been messed up for the last 2 months and I have brought it up on multiple occasions and as far as I know there has been no effort to fix it and they sure as heck aren’t telling you “hey our cokes aren’t tasting right you might wanna order tea” ya know? Like good customer service would suggest? I normally don’t have huge qualms with the quality of food. It’s hit or miss, but man when they screw the pooch do they make sure to strip the head off of said screw. Since when does the Big Mac come with the McDouble meat?! It’s a BIG I emphasize BIGGG!!!! Mac! There’s more bun than anything else and it’s dry as a cardboard. I boycotted this location for a year before giving them a chance again and it looks like the boycott is back on. Hire some people for the love of god! The two people that you have scheduled at any given time can’t take the heat. And you know what they say about that….smh

  The McDonald’s in waskom Texas is just horrible, they have one of the worst customer service ever, they always have an attitude every time I go and it’s just horrible.

  Normally I won't complain. This McDonald's every single time I go is 12-20 minutes in the drive thru..ok it happens right ? I would at least figure the fries would be hot ?:Maybe..no not all. Maybe the food will be right this time ? Nah ..Can't get a 2c correct really? This is a district manager issue if corporate..if a franchise you should just close due to the owner(S) lack of operational training.

  Took too long to get two coffees, 23 minutes and the store was relatively empty. Clean except the shared restroom with Exxon.

  This is the first review I’ve done ever, but I feel as if I need to speak on this. 1. I waited for someone to take my order for 5 minutes although the store was empty of customers and I could hear them in the back just laughing and giggling. Customer service isn’t the best 2. They forgot to give me bbq and an order of fries and I waited 3 more minutes while they could clearly see me but not come to attend me. After someone came to ask me what I needed I explained to them about the fries and bbq and the employee just gave me a dirty look went and brought me a large fry that was halfway full and just walked away
