  Ordered ahead on the mobile app for a Double super sonic cheeseburger, with no tomatoes or ketchup, add mustard, a large fry and a drink. I received a cold single cheeseburger with both tomatoes and ketchup with no mustard. I also received fries that look like they were fried in old grease and aren’t even warm. I don’t appreciate spending as much money as I do, to end up using my rewards, only to be “rewarded” with disappointment.

  Always check your bag before taking off...they always forgotten some of our orders. Tonight was my daughter cheese fries. Luckily I checked before leaving. They also do not really give you a full large fries or tots. Kind of disappointed when paid a little more for a upgrade.

  Nice staff, extremely slow service they take a long time to answer the red button, talk wayyy to fast then take a long time to bring order out
