The wait was about an hour in the heat. After about 15 minutes they put up a tent for those of us waiting outside the building, which was appreciated. They also had a truck serving dirty iced lemonade, with a large costing around $13.
Once we got our food, it was very good. I would definitely go back, but next time I'll probably come when it's not as crowded to avoid the long wait.
Seth runs a wonderful establishment at Waco Waffle Co. The restaurant is beautifully put together from the moment you walk to the door, to the moment youāre satisfying your hunger. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. Iāve tried everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. When you have all these great things working together, itās easy to be biased about my favorite breakfast shop in town!
Waco Waffle Co is such a great spot! What I love is that itās not just sweet wafflesāthey have savory options too, so thereās truly something for everyone. Everything Iāve tried has been delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
Seth, the owner, is also amazing. Heās friendly, welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his business. Great food and even better people behind it. Definitely a place worth supporting!

Waffle was very dry even with everything that was on it. My mom had asked for an over medium at the register. The girl that took our order should have told us they dont to that. She would've picked something else. They cook the egg in a waffle iron. 4.50 for the small thing of cold coffee. The breakfast plate is on the right for 15.00 dollars. That doesnt look worth for 15.00. It looks like it came off the kids menu. Thirdly as we were waiting for our food. I was very grossed out the table next to us. Was having a meeting about their social media account. The guy kept coughing not once did he cover his face. You work in food service and you dont cover your face?š¤¢š· Just saying. Anyway definitely a tourist attraction.

Waco Waffle has great food, great atmosphere, and definitely worth the stop! The waffles and breakfast were fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. The rustic setting, outdoor seating, pond, and huge water wheel make the place really unique and fun to visit.
The only (small) issue was the ordering process when we first arrived the line reached the door and it wasnāt immediately clear where new customers were supposed to start. A little signage would help. Other than that, we had a great experience and would absolutely come back.
