  Honestly I don't understand why people say the burgers here are anything special. The meat is very thin and for the price you might as well go to Black Bear or Denny's. The service, on the other hand, was excellent! All the staff were friendly and happy which makes for a nice dining atmosphere.

  The food was actually really good, and I enjoyed my meal. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because while I was there, some of the employees were fighting, yelling, and using a lot of profanity, which caused a scene and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I have a fairly large following on social media, and I could easily make a negative post about this experience, but I won't because I understand that everyone has bad days and one moment shouldn't define an entire business. I believe it's only fair to give places another opportunity before making a final judgment. Because of that, I'd genuinely love to come back and give this location another chance. If the atmosphere and professionalism improve, I'd be more than happy to update this review and give an honest, fair rating based on that experience. I hope to try you guys again sometime this month to give a better honest review:) thank you the gentleman who took control of being the cook and the cashier at the same time. You deserve a raise. I should've asked for your name.

  We stopped in to Tom's burgers 🍔 on our trip to Galveston. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and sweet potato fries. My husband ordered a patty melt and brother ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The food was delivered to our table extremely quickly and was absolutely delicious. My husband said it was the best patty melt he'd had in forever. The sweet potato fries were crispy and fresh. Everything was so fresh and portion sizes were very generous. If you find yourself nearby I highly recommend stopping in.

  Welcome home party we held for my brother. This place was amazing.Me and my wife went to this place over twenty four years ago. The owner, David and the entire crew was amazing. We love them and we will definitely return
