  I gave not 1, not 2 but 3 chances before I decided to write any type of negative review because people have their bad days. The sad thing is my negative experiences are not based off of just one scenario. The first time they got my order completely wrong and then after I let them know that it is wrong. They tell me the item is not available when they could’ve told me that at the beginning. Second time I asked for a Oreo cheesecake shake with no whipped cream extra graham cracker crust and I repeated no whipped cream. They charged me for the extra graham cracker crust and when they brought it out there was no graham cracker crust and it had whipped cream so I told them it was incorrect and they tried to repeatedly tell me that I did not say that, and to make matters worse, they said if they were to remake it, they were already out of Oreos. Now the last time I went craving a strawberry cheesecake, cream slush with extra graham crackers. His attitude wasn’t the best but I remained positive because I don’t know what he’s going through. It asked how I was gonna pay. I selected the option for Pay with cash they made my order brought it right out. I was gonna hand them a good ol’ $20 bill and he’s like oh we don’t take cash after 2:30am which is interesting to me because I’ve came there within the last month more than once and they’ve taken cash after 2:30 so I found that funny. I couldn’t get what I wanted and took my business elsewhere but officially. I am very much done with sonic which is unfortunate but fortunate

  This Sonic is so disorganized. You have employees answering the intercom yelling and cursing. On top of that the young lady that was taking the order at 7:40pm wasn’t professional and telling other customers business over the intercom. At least the young lady( long brown hair and blue eyes I think) on the outside with an order was concerned and super sweet about the whole dilemma. I won’t be returning to this establishment. I will always go to the one in Robinson.

  It’s May 15th at 8:30. Currently parked in the mobile pickup stall. I’m watching the crew inside and there’s a female (black maybe in her early 20s) just hitting her vape all inside the restaurant. Very nasty to be handing out door while smoking.

  Stopped to get a kids meal for my child, and attempted to pay with gift cards. The employees tried to say that there wasn't enough on the gift card after I checked the balance before ordering. They then left me sitting in the parking lot for 15 mins waiting for a manager to come out which never came. The manager (Jessica) finally came out, said there was no proof to show that there wasn't enough on the gift card, kept the gift card, and handed some of my money back while being rude the entire time along with the pink haired employee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!
