  I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt the need to say something. I placed my order at 7:36 PM, and the estimated completion time was 7:58 PM. Instead, I ended up waiting for about an hour. While I was waiting, I could clearly see employees inside laughing, playing around, and drinking sodas while customers continued to sit in line. What made it even more frustrating was that several cars that arrived after me received their food before I did. The only reason one customer even got his order was because he stood at the window to get someone's attention. At that point, I had already been waiting much longer than expected. I understand that restaurants get busy and delays happen, but communication and customer service go a long way. Waiting an hour with no explanation while watching other customers get served first is unacceptable. I hope this location improves its organization and customer service because this experience was disappointing.

  I ordered 2 drinks then waited patiently for 20 mins I called back a dude came on the speaker telling me it’s on the way then turned my button off. I pressed it again and got a female and told her I just wanted my refund, she tells me it was sitting here and they were sending it out. I watched cars order at the kiosk and get their entire meal before I got 2 drinks. I’m not even mad I just won’t come here anymore to save my peace of mind.

  This location is the worst Sonic I have ever ordered from. The crew ignored me, even after I ordered online. They we busy with their cell phones. When I tried to complain, one female worker accused me of being rude. Another male employee confronted me with his fist clenched and called me a liar. This behavior is a resemblance of that store management

  Ordered delivery from their restaurant. Forgot part of my order so I called. They said they could remake it if I called DoorDash to come pick it up and redeliver it. So I did. Then they cancelled my order…. I’ve never had this issue with any other sonic👎🏽
