  The nighttime CarHop is extremely rude I didn't get her name but she had really long braids back in a ponytail. She definitely doesn't know what customer service is at all!

  I don’t understand how I order through the app. Click the button for extra ice. Never get extra ice. When I asked about just getting a cup of ice, she never returned

  Use the mobile app and the last 3 times ive used it they somehow completely miss whole sandwiches off my meal order the 7 dollar meal thing anf was given 2 orders of fries no burger absolutely ridiculous bullshit

  No veggies means NO VEGGIES! I specifically don't want onions, so I always order cheeseburgers without veggies. I was eating my cheeseburger while driving home (and hour away) when I found a lot of onions. Disgusting! I had to pull over and scrape them off with a napkin which was very messy. My order ticket says NO onions. Just do it right please! I even tipped before my order came out.
