  Awesome employees at this loc. Food is going downhill, though. I got my kid a Grilled Cheese Sandwich Wacky Pack - the sandwich was unrecognizable & that sure wasn't cheese on it. Terrible. All fast food places are awful these days. It's the curse of trying to recover from the inflationary economy that Joe built. Quantity and quality going down, prices going up.

  Ordered 40+ cherry limeades for our office. Great service. They were ready quickly even though it was during the lunch hour rush. Best Sonic location in town!

  I've always had a pleasurable experience with Sonic, no matter where I'm at. This one was a bit of a different story I ordered through the app, and got my order quickly. As I was eating, there was a piece of WHITE hair that was inside my breakfast burrito. Most likely a fluke, but felt like mentioning. If I'm in the area I'll definitely stop by, but might be skeptical on getting food.

  If I could have went below a one star I seriously would have. Customer Service is rude, they have clogged ears as well because they can’t hear and take orders correctly. I ordered something simple…a grape limeade/light on the grape because last time they put too much in it and it tasted horrible. The little car hop that came out was very unprofessional, had a serious attitude, and didn’t want to be at work. I asked to speak to the manager and the response from the manager was… he don’t have time just take it. My response to them was never mind and just take the drink back. Why pay for something that I don’t want? Why be rude??? I will never come back to this establishment and highly recommend for everyone else to just stay away from this one. The Sonic in Robinson is the best one!! Go there!!
