- AAAlwaysBusy3 days ago5.0Just shared short ribs and moist brisket AGAIN! Tried to finish, but failed, so we doggy bagged the remaining smal portion for lunch/snack tomorrow. The people behind counters were courteous and efficient as usual. The atmosphere was 5 star, as it reeked of barbecue ! ;-)

I understand if plates aren’t available, but your website indicates that plates are offered with to-go orders, so I expected at least some kind of alternative or a more courteous response. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due, the gentleman at the meat station was extremely nice, attentive, and helpful. His customer service really made up for the negative interaction and left a much better impression overall.
