  Always get my order right in a timely manner. My favorite one to come to and they kill it. Also has one sweet delivery car.

  Pizza is always super savory and fresh here! My personal favorite menu item is Pepperoni pizza with grilled chicken and onions! Don't even get me started on the desserts haha. Personally my favorite pizza joint here in Waco. Love the people and food! Been a loyal customer for some time and will continue doing so. Long live Papa Johns! Very awesome environment!

  I made an order about 2 weeks ago to pick up from this papa johns. It was for one of the new pizza bowls, and it was DELICIOUS!! since I work close by, I knew I'd definitely order this again. On this past Friday, I was too busy to leave, so I ordered from them thru doordash.. as soon as I picked up the box, I felt something was off.. it was very lite! When I opened it, the pizza bowl barely covered the bottom of the container. It ended up being about 5 bites of food.. very disappointing, as everyone knows doordash is expensive and I was still hungry! Very bad experience 😕 It also makes me wonder if they have a habit of doing that to doordash orders... bad business!!

  If I could do zero stars I would I will never order from here again. horrible customer service and every time i order from papa johns they mess up on my order. I have received my pizza black before we could not even eat it it was so burnt. But i decided to give them another shot. well that was a mistake they said they never got my order even tho i got a number saying it went threw. well we waited over a hour for it i called them thats when they said they did not get my order so we ordered it again over the phone and it was going to cost twice the amount it was going to cost us the first time but we ordered it and it took another hour and a half before we got it. when we received it there was hardly no cheese and the crust was under cooked and the pizza was soggy. when we called we where offered 10% off our next order well thats not even worth it because we did not even get to eat it waste of money.
