- NHNathan HMay 13, 20262.0Food is great, people are nice. But in no situation should it take over 50 minutes to get a simple sandwich and mac pick 2, not once but twice. I understand being short staffed, but there is no communication and no excuse for time of service to be that extreme. I love Panera but don’t have time in the day to wait up to an hour for a $10 meal.

I have to drive all the way back from home to return to Panera to get this fixed. Very inconvenient. Did not care about the issue and did not provide anything because of the poor service and what I had to go through. Upsetting as I really like Panera Bread, but they need to hire people that are competent and care!
