Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window, saw the lady walk up and get the bag from the shelf right by the window (no telling how long it had been there. when I asked why 10 minutes for a sandwich she said "ya, have a nice day" with a terrible attitude. Take caution if going here in the morning.

Having been a regular at this location for several years and multiple times a week, I have been the recipient of consistent, delightful greetings “Welcome to Panera’s Their coffee ( especially my favorite, Decaf) is delicious and they have multiple condiments to make it personally perfect. Usually, a staff member comes by and asks if there’s anything I need or they could get for me ( kinda rare in today’s quick service culture) The one time I came and the coffee was a little off, I told the front counter and they immediately apologized, came and got the carafe, and made a brand new pot and the same staff person brought me a new cup of the freshly brewed coffee!! That was impressive to me. I also like the fact that the music is not intrusive into my conversations. That’s why I keep coming back…. They always treat me as a valued customer!!
