- KKKTexasMay 20, 20261.0So disappointed. We have given this location a try several times because we knew Pappas Companies bought them out and they are incorporating some of Pappasitos items. All three times we have had slow service and slow food and it was not busy. Tonight we waited over an hour for our food because the server didnāt get it submitted right. The manager never came over to apologize and the server said it was his 2nd day serving. They took off our queso, but we felt we should have had some of our meal comped. We will not be back.
