  Cliford was a spectacular person. super friendly, very personable, and really sweet. if i could give this place 10 stars, i would. everything is fried in beef tallow and it made the wings and fries taste AWESOME 🤩. i will definitely be coming back, and i think everyone should drop Wingstop in favor of Kings Wings. much more affordable, way bigger portions, and super friendly people.

  Me and my girlfriend we saw this place on instagram and we want to try this place and we finally came that atmosphere was amazing and smelt real good when your enter the building and you can see the kitchen and the customer service was amazing and Clifford was amazing and telling us showing us the food and telling us what’s in it and when we got the food it was a mouthful of flavor and would come back again.

  They did an amazing job. When I accidentally ordered nugs instead of wings on the app, they were kind enough to remake me wings with no problems. I didn’t get the name of the two males who helped me, but one was tall, looked to be 6ft, dark skin, brown eyes, & bigger built (not in a bad way!), and the other gentleman was a white male, with brown hair and brown eyes, he looked to be 5’7 maybe. I believe he may have been the team lead or manager on shift, I’m not sure but I hope whoever reads this is able to find the two gentlemen that helped me tonight and reward them because they truly are awesome. They are what costumer service is about. I will definitely be returning! The food was 10/10 too.

  King’s always has the best wings you can find! My go to is the Louisiana flavor. Both the wings and the loaded fries are incredible, and I never liked ranch until I tried King’s Cajun ranch, and it’s my new favorite sauce! Even with incredible food, what really stands out here is the service. While I was throwing my trash away, my ring slipped off. I asked Stephen, an employee, if he had any gloves I could use to dig it out of the trash. Instead of just giving me the gloves, he put them on himself, dug the ring out of the trash, and sanitized the ring for me. King’s truly is an exceptional restaurant, both for food and service. I highly recommend it to any Waco locals or anyone just passing through!

  The wings themselves were actually pretty good but the experience was spoiled by a couple of issues. I found a short black hair stuck to one of the wings which was quite off-putting and made me question the kitchen’s cleanliness. Also, the buttermilk ranch tasted strange and almost seemed like it might not even be ranch 😳. I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident because the food had potential but better attention to cleanliness/sanitation is definitely needed. There was also a large hairy man in the kitchen that I saw who may have been the culprit who placed that greasy hair in my teriyaki wing.
