Do NOT come 10 minutes before katies closes you will get horrible customer service ! The Girl working window must be ready to go. Yall should close at 9:50pm then not 10 pm. I knew I should have went to Andys frozen Custard smh. We all got melted ice cream! What the heck..and then when we told her she said its just the juice . I didnt know ice cream came with juice 😳.
