  Ordered our food ahead of time on the app. got to the drive through and sat here for 28 minutes, then i finally get to the window and they say it’s going to be a while. They didn’t bring us our food for another 20 minutes after that, and it was 2 sandwiches.

  Put in a mobile order and it still took 25 minutes to walk out with our food.

  Service is amazing. My order was accidentally delivered to the wrong place (not their fault my phone didn't work) but when I called they fixed the issue promptly and efficiently. Thank you Jimmy John's manager and Grant the delivery guy for your excellent customer service. 🫡

  It smells like fish food is just bad and what I mean by fish it smells like fresh from the lake or pond cut off head dead fish I always feel bad when I go there cause my stomach hurts I thought it might get better but it doesn't it honestly just is not good but I mean if you like it you like it
