  It was if a competent ex employee arrived back for one day of work after being gone for months 😂 … and walked into a mess. He was great. Knew his product and where things should be, but everything was a mess. Store was dirty. Nothing was restocked. Product wasn’t unthawed. We couldn’t order several of the items we wanted to. The baker items were empty with one lonely item, that looked old. The grab and go juice shots were essentially empty and the space that held them, was dirty. Everything was. I always feel it’s the first sign that a business is going under, if they are out of things. This man cared, but whomever closed the day before … well it looked like this has been going on for weeks. Hopefully they can improve because it’s way too expensive to not have some general expectations.

  The person at the counter was so rude to my niece, she ordered a green machine and they gave her some sort of dreamcicle flavor, poor girl felt so unwelcome she didnt even say anything. I get having bad days but I feel like here recently anytime I order anything or go in myself everyone in there seems like they dont even want to serve us. Management needs to fix it by either making it a better work environment or with training.

  I used to LOVE Jamba Juice in the early 2010s and would go all the time. Haven't been since before 2020 and my husband and I are incredibly disappointed after working a hot outdoor project. The moment I walked in I knew something was wrong because it didn't SMELL like Jamba Juice does, like fresh oranges and fruit. Strawberry Wild was watery when it definitely is supposed to be thick and it seperated shortly after getting home, maybe 15 minutes. Apples and Greens was literally apple juice and kale. I refuse to believe it had a banana or peach in it. Absolute waste of my money and your staff is rude. Maybe I wanted to join a rewards program that I didnt know existed? Maybe I wanted a boost? No, the kid with long hair and no hair net points to things instead of talking, as one would as a cashier. Also, what happened to inserting the straw with the wrapper on? You're already manhandling spoons barehanded, what's the difference? Can honestly say I'm not coming back to waste $16 on two small, badly made drinks.
