  Ordered carrot cake, but apparently they don’t have forks. Why would they sell carrot cake without forks?

  The manager of the store is extremely rude. If you have trouble multi tasking in the food industry then you need to work some place else. Servicing your customers should be top priority not talking on the phone.

  I went to Htea0 early this morning and the lady in the intercom seemed like she was not happy to be working. I understand it was early in the morning. But I could barely hear her in the intercom and when I had her repeat what she said, she seemed really annoyed. I’ve already finished putting my order in and there was a long pause and that’s when she said you could pull around. She slammed open the window and just looked at me and didn’t even tell me the total. She definitely seemed like she was having a bad morning. I understand that it was early in the morning, but she had no smile. She didn’t say good morning or seem like she even cared at all. Definitely had the worst customer service.My daughter and I absolutely love Htea0. We will always come and get y’all’s delicious iced coffee and chia sweet tea. I just wish the staff was a bit friendlier and welcoming.
