Shout out to Curtis, he is always helping out across the entire store whether it be grabbing carts outside or going above and beyond to help customers find specific things.

- TLTee LovelyAug 28, 20263.0I love HEB, and I'm usually happy with the quality of their food. I also loved the convenience of using curbside pickup, but it has it's drawbacks. I've ordered seafood multiple times through curbside, but my last order of dungeness crab wasn't fresh and had a strong taste. It was cooked as soon as I got it home, so it's not like it was sitting around or frozen. It had to be sitting out before I received it. I called the store and let them know, but was told I'd need to bring it back if I wanted a refund. I didn't want a refund, I deserved one. Had I known I wouldn't have cooked and ate some of it, so I had no choice but to throw the rest out. Thankfully, I didn't get sick. $27 right in the trash.
