  George’s is such a Waco staple that we have been eating here as a family since our kids were little on our way to San Antonio. Best food. Best memories but the service is what’s truly special. Please ask for Halee B she is the most amazing waitress we have ever had. She is super attentive and diligent and she made our dinner so special!!!! 10/10 we highly recommend!!!!

  I love Georges! And have to recommend Mariah C! She’s is an amazing waitress ! Shes always on time, very attentive and very down to earth! She has great communication and customer service skills! If you ever get the chance to eat here I definitely recommend asking for her ! 🥰

  We have breakfast 4 times a week there , Angelique and Stephanie are our waitress and both are fantastic in every way, so so Efficient and friendly and pay attention to detail. Angelique always has our table set up with water and coffee cups befor we even get there at out regular table. I would give both a 5 star rating for sure 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟,good job 👏👏👏

  Let's celebrate Rena! She's the BEST server we've ever had here at George's! Her timing, her sweet mannerisms, and superior attention to our needs is only the beginning. She stands out because she paid attention to our preferences and consistency delivered exactly what we needed! Thank you! The food was fantastic, portioned well, and hot and fresh. As always, one of our favorite local spots.

  Love this restaurant! The food and margaritas are amazing! We always request Karla Shaw in the bar area. She is the absolute best! So sweet, caring and gives excellent service. We have been coming here for years and request her every time. If she is not at work, we are disappointed but happy to have anyone. Love Karla Shaw!
