- AWAlex WardSep 22, 20262.0I come with my mom almost every Tuesday we get the 3.99 trio meal, I usually get mine with both Alfredo and I’ve never had a problem until today, I can’t eat the red sauce because of a medical condition I tried explaining this to the manager but she yelled and interrupted me multiple times I tried explaining that the other managers have made this exception me but she continued to yell and interrupt me, I asked to just pay for the extra sauce but she again yelled interrupted me, I finally had to ask for a refund because there was no progress being made with her. I’m honestly really disgusted with her behavior and how she treats her customers if you want to eat here make sure the regular staff is here otherwise you’ll be treated like trash. I hope that the lady who was working loses her job because she does not need to be working in customer service let alone be a manager truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Fazoli’s.

I was very impressed with my order of spaghetti and meatballs, along with garlic bread. Service was very friendly and quick, and the food was delicious. I was really impressed with the price. I paid for my food, especially when compared with another restaurant I usually frequent, that would’ve charged me possibly twice the price. Fazoli‘s is now my go to restaurant for pasta of all sorts.

Also a Tuesday, which they offer a special trio deal that is well worth the cost. My son and I opted for menu items and made them a combo. I personally had the baked lasagna, with pizza. Wow! Amazing price for the amount of food. The pizza was better than any pizza place. Crust was perfect! Lasagna was delicious and it also came with breads sticks. They also have table service, which impressed me. Not often you find those in a "fast-food" or casual dining where you order up front and go sit down. 5 stats guys! Excellent service, super nice workers, and the food was delicious. We also only waited a short time for our food. We will be regular customers for sure.
