I do not understand how they are as busy as they are with NO method to tell you what you purchased! I even went there when a district manager was there and still could NOT get a receipt! It is always crowded here... busy.... I need to submit food receipts for work. This is not a great practice.

- GHGabriel HernándezJun 13, 20261.0I have visited this Chipotle many times, especially after 6:00 PM, and unfortunately I have repeatedly had negative experiences with an employee named Hector. Whenever Hector is working, he consistently appears to have a bad attitude. He seems frustrated, unmotivated, and unwilling to help customers. He never greets customers, says thank you, you’re welcome, or shows any friendliness at all. I have noticed this behavior not only toward me, but toward other customers as well. The most recent incident happened on June 12 at around 9:00 PM. My brother was ordering food and wanted to get some forks, but there were none available. He informed Hector, expecting him to restock them. Instead, Hector made an annoyed face and told him to ask the cashier who was on duty. My brother became frustrated and simply said not to worry about it. What makes this situation disappointing is that this has not been a one-time occurrence. I have experienced the same poor attitude from Hector on multiple visits. As a customer, I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but consistently providing unfriendly and unhelpful service creates a negative experience for customers. I believe management should address this issue and speak with Hector about customer service expectations. If an employee is unwilling to assist customers or perform basic duties with professionalism, it reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at this location.
