  Worst run Cava I have ever been to. Things got mixed up - only using a single prep line for drive through, in person, and pick up during dinner rush is a disaster. The wait is long. Things got mixed up and lost. The poor workers did everything they could, but this is very badly designed and managed. At multiple points I was just left standing waiting for the employee to come back.

  Love Cava! This place is always fresh, clean, and delicious. I’d like to specifically shout out Gregory for his amazing customer service. Any time we come in I hope he’s there because he always is helpful and gives great recommendations. He’s polite, fast, and charismatic. We see him doing it all from serving to cleaning! He’s as delightful as the meals he makes for us. We love Cava especially because of Gregory!

  The staff was very helpful and their sodas was good. But how busy they get. They dont have time to wipe down tables. The music was a moderate loud and talking felt like a cafeteria. There wasnt much spots to sit. Its like the company crammed the building on this tiny spot. Since how small it is they should just do drive-thru only. Or at least open a bigger location. The staff was very helpful and had very good customer service. Will definitely order here again but not to dine.

  I took away one star for the atmosphere because the people in the back did not want to come upfront and help Gregory despite being asked several times and him having a massive line he still provided awesome service and did what he could to help us. He was amazing and Will be coming back whenever I come back through again Gregory made the experience for us.

  Loved everything about this place!! The environment is very uplifting they aren’t stingy with portions and don’t be scared to ask questions, they fill you in on everything and give samples. The staff if very friendly and inviting especially Ari she was so sweet and made sure she me and my friends requests were handled and fitted right into the atmosphere she sets a great example for those around her!! Will definitely recommend and be back for myself as well!!!!
