  Waco, TX I love the food at Cava. The worst is their employee's bad attitude when attending to costumers. They need to be train in having a better attitude towards coustomers. This makes the atmosphere unpleasant. A smile and kindness can go a long way

  Maybe they were having an off day, but this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Cava location. The employees I encountered were nice, but the staff flow seemed unorganized. The service was very slow—I stood in line for at least 15 minutes or more. Also, the chicken I received was not chopped well; there were multiple huge chunks in my bowl. I wasn’t offered a bag at the end either. Lastly, an issue that I’ve noticed at every Cava location, is that I have to ask for the complimentary side pita. It’s not offered otherwise.

  Absolute trash behavior by Gregory. I asked for falafel crunch but they didn’t have that. Since I am vegetarian, I took a moment to reconsider what I can possibly eat, but he was immediately annoyed and made a face. Also the trash was overflowing, clearly they were understaffed.

  RAW CHICKEN! Heard a guy bring his order back and said he had raw chicken. Looked at our order that we waited 45 mins for...raw chicken! Won't issue a refund because we ordered online. Never coming back. You could kill someone with raw chicken. So glad I overheard that gentleman return his. My toddler could easily be in the hospital.

  CAVA has quickly become one of my favorite places for a fresh, healthy, and flavorful meal. During our visit, we were impressed by how customizable everything was. The build-your-own bowls allow you to mix and match grains, greens, proteins, dips, and toppings, making it easy to create a meal exactly to your taste. Every ingredient tasted fresh, and the vegetables had a nice crunch, while the sauces added plenty of flavor without being overwhelming. The portions were generous and filling, making it excellent value for money compared to many other fast-casual restaurants. The staff were friendly, patient, and happy to explain the different options and recommend combinations. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, the service was quick, and our order was prepared efficiently. The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere that made dining in enjoyable. It felt like a great place for a casual lunch or dinner, whether you're eating alone, with family, or meeting friends. One of the highlights was how fresh everything tasted. From the crisp vegetables to the creamy hummus and flavorful dressings, each bite felt balanced and satisfying. If you enjoy Mediterranean-inspired food with plenty of healthy options, CAVA is definitely worth visiting. Vegetarians and vegans will also appreciate the wide variety of choices available. Overall, CAVA delivers a consistently enjoyable dining experience with fresh ingredients, generous portions, excellent service, and a pleasant ambience. While it may cost a little more than a typical fast-food meal, the quality of the food and the ability to customize your order make it well worth the price. I would happily return to try more combinations from their menu and would recommend CAVA to anyone looking for a delicious, wholesome, and satisfying meal.
