  The food is great, I've been multiple times and love it. But recently the customer service has been poor, you can tell that the customers are seen as an inconvenience to the staff. And the dining area was not well maintained either.

  I placed a pick up order at 11:24am for pick up at 12:15pm. We arrived at 12:20 to pick up the food and had to wait 25 MINUTES to get our food WITHOUT the free pita, which we were told we could keep waiting for. It would have been faster to not order ahead and go through the line. And what did they do to make it “right”? Give me a free cookie I can’t eat. Horrible customer service. So poorly run and managed the manager should be fired. If anyone at Cava cares and tries to make this right, I’ll updated this review.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. A special thank you to Tee for the best customer service. Tee was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. It’s employees like Tee who make customers want to come back. Highly recommend this location for both the delicious food and the excellent service!

  My boyfriend and I tried Cava for the first time today. The food looked really good, and overall we enjoyed it! I got a bowl and he got a pita. I originally wanted steak, but they were out, which I completely understand, so I got the chicken instead and it ended up being really good. My boyfriend’s pita was also really good—I kept stealing bites of it lol. I got the Super Greens base, so I know it’s supposed to have a lot of greens, but I personally wish my bowl had a little more meat. Other than that, the food was fresh and surprisingly affordable for both of us. The only thing that kind of threw us off was the service. We felt a little ignored when we first walked in, like no one really wanted to greet us or take our order. I know everyone seemed busy and probably had a lot going on, so I’m not trying to complain or make anyone’s job harder—it just felt a little unwelcoming. Overall, the food was really good and I’d be willing to give it another try because first impressions aren’t always everything!

  Five stars for this CAVA! The food was excellent, but Gregory made our visit truly special with his amazing hospitality and kindness. Thank you for the great experience (and the free bowl)! We’ll definitely be back
