What makes it even more disappointing is that this was my first time coming back in a while, and now I remember why I’ve preferred going to Cold Stone. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The young lady who helped me—I believe her name was Fe, and she has pink in her hair—was very rude and had a terrible attitude throughout the interaction. Her demeanor honestly made the entire experience unpleasant. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn’t have to feel unwelcome when they’re spending their money somewhere. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’ll be sticking with Cold Stone moving forward. I highly recommend saving yourself the disappointment and going to Cold Stone instead.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
