Everyone is always so attentive. I love coming here and have started to make it a part of my everyday. Yes, yesterday I went through and I wasn’t completely satisfied with my drink so I came back around and the girl that helped me fix it was so sweet very caring and I felt appreciated as a customer. I apologize and she told me there was no need. he was very sweet and then today I just went through and my order was taken the guy who was very nice. Everything was great. They were out within a minute maybe two minutes tops. I love going there.

I ordered ahead on the app thinking it would be faster but when I got there, the employee (blue hair girl) was talking to her friend in the car and did not acknowledge me for, at least, 10 minutes. The left lane was so fast and when the right lane started to pile up she finally came to my window. On top of that she was so unfriendly. I can only assume she doesn’t want to work there otherwise she would have at least been nice.

This is unbelievable I love 7 Brew but horrible service from a girl with the blonde hair on Saturday September 19 2026. she did not want want to put cold foam on top of my drinks because I had forgotten to ask her to put some on it and when I asked if she could, she refused to put cold foam on my drinks then I told her I was going to pay for it and I gave her cash she told me that they don’t accept five dollar bill that’s unbelievable that she didn’t have change so I just told her to keep it,she still had a attitude about it she was also looking at my friend up and down with a horrible face expression, it’s actually ridiculous because last time I had told them to put cold foam on my drinks another very nice girl gladly put some so I don’t see why that girl made it a big issue if I was willing to pay for it.
