  Drinks and staff were amazing. This was my first time and I didn't know what I wanted. The staff member ran down some options and made great suggestions. I didn't feel rushed nor did she rush. Very friendly.

  Literally the most unfriendly service I have ever had at a coffee shop. I pulled up, there was no friendly greeting, she asked what I wanted and as I was telling her, she cut me off to ask if I had a phone number. She put my order in, I paid and she walked away without saying a word. She had a fierce attitude and I was honestly so disappointed. This is the closest coffee shop to my home and I won’t be going back.

  Lanes move pretty quickly, and the service is always fast to come take my orders, and Emily is so cool to cut up with while waiting in line on my drinks.

  Drive thru only. Staff were very helpful in drink choices and patient. Very busy popular location so there are usually a line going out but the staff are very efficient and goes by pretty quickly from my experience.

  This was my first time checking out a 7 Brew from a state that doesn’t have the franchise. I had to customize my drink heavily because I was pregnant. The employee who took my order didn’t really know about decaf or 1/2 caf options but they did figure it out and accommodated my order with kindness and patience. The employee who was handing me my drink was beyond pleasant. We had to wait a few minutes for my drink and they struck up a wonderful conversation. The beverage itself was not as strong as I hoped. But I am a coffee connoisseur so I know I’m picky. It might have been the sugar free syrup that was also not as flavorful or maybe because I got an iced americano it did taste watered down. I didn’t try any other drink besides my customized iced americano but I’m happy I tried it and the customer service was excellent. The location was a tad hard to get into and was a very small drive thru for our massive pick up truck but some things can’t be helped by the staff who did an excellent job.
