Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JHJean Hopkins6 days ago5.0Place was dirty and the manager was lazy. She wouldn't get off the chair and help her staff and customers, this was around 3 am.
- ARAdrian RecioSep 26, 20261.0I placed an online mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 3:52 - 3:55AM. When I got to the drive thru’s intercom @ 4:00AM, I told the employee that I had a online mobile order, she responded “pull up to the window.” mind you there were 2 cars ahead of me. After the 2 cars ahead of me left, I was left waiting by the drive thru window for 20 minutes without anyone’s notice/attention. After that, the manager approached and asked me rudely “how can I help you?!” I told her I had a mobile order that was supposed to be done by 3:55AM. At first, she looked at me as if I was a lying. Then she said that there was no mobile order placed. So I verified the address of the whataburger’s location, she confirmed. I then showed her my phone so she can see the information/receipt of the mobile order placed. After trying to verify for 5-7 minutes, It took them another 15 minutes to make my order (breakfast burger by itself, no combo). I understand that glitches can happen when ordering online but the way this situation was handled was nowhere near the 4 star rating this Whataburger joint has. After the manager handed me my order, she said thank you and paused and then said sorry for the wait but the tone of her voice and body language obviously showed she didn’t cared. All in all, I won’t be coming back here due to the service this chain offers at graveyard shifts.
