Ordered at the counter sat down and waited almost 45 minutes and watched all three orders that came in after mine for the same thing get brought out and I get nothing wanted my money back and they couldn’t even figure out how to do that I’ll never go back to this store

My experience today was terrible. I ordered a burger and waited half an hour without receiving it, even though everyone who ordered after me had already been served; the kitchen staff failed to follow a "first-come, first-served" process. The manager was aware of this error but didn't even offer an apology. In the end, I decided not to wait any longer and chose to cancel my order.

It’s very disappointing that if I want good service, I have to drive all the way across town.
I ordered my food at around 1:40pm on the app. I arrived at the Whataburger curbside at 1:55pm (plenty of time for my food to be ready. I activated my curbside spot and waited. I watched as everyone in the drive through line made it through with their food, including people that ordered after I checked in. By 2:10pm I finally got tired of waiting, got out of the car, and went inside to pick up my food. My food was sitting on their curbside/take out rack, now cold from how long it sat.
Very frustrating and very disappointing. If I would’ve known I could’ve gotten faster service through the drive thru vs ordering ahead, I would have just done that. I’m also 35 weeks pregnant and was tired and ready to be home, so I didn’t want to get out of the car. Ended up having to get out anyway.
No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. Nothing. Very disappointed in this location!!
