  I ordered the combo number seven. And asked for mozzarella sticks instead of the onion rings. Tell me why they played in my face and they gave me one freaking mozzarella stick when the last time I ordered this meal with the onion rings they gave a full bag of onion rings and like everything else that went along with the meal. Why would I not get a three-piece or a four piece of mozzarella sticks along with it why did I only get one. I was in a very rushed state because I needed to get back to work because I drove over here for my lunch hour so I could not stop and kindly correct them. Also when I was ordering the lady who took my order took like three years to put something on the screen and she didn’t know how to input what I was saying I asked for a Sprite and then she started putting add-ons on it so I had to kindly remind her that I just wanted an added mozzarella stick. And it wasn’t even that busy so they can’t use that as an excuse.

  Does sonic not pay a decent wage? Why does the card reader ask me for a tip? Any service provided after the carhop brings me my order is usually because they forgot to put it in the bag in the first place.

  I had a carhop named Elijah. He was a bigger Hispanic person. When he brought my drink he said nothing. I gave him a $2 tip, he snatched and walked away. Said nothing at all. I try to be nice and tip and this is how he says thank you.
