While patiently waiting for my prescription the line starts to grow and somebody of another race gets to the counter and stands there makes calls to her doctor's office and what not and whatever and was not told to get out of line and let the next person in line next . This is an act of discrimination 5/28/26 @6:pm

Then the only thing that pulls up for the discount is the one color you are not offering to customers? You are scamming us. I don’t think I can support HEB much longer. And I don’t even think you can deny this accusation. whenever I left the section that was supposed to be ‘ discounted’ There was only pink and no room for any of the purple discounted flowers. You act like you love Texans, but I don’t think you do
- JPJames PeachApr 1, 20261.0I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I. Purchased a money here at 1:20PM today on 4/1/2026. The money order was for my rent. After I left I was riding my motorcycle home to pay the rent with the money order and unfortunately it flew out of my pocket. I contacted western union to see what I would need to do abuut getting a refund. 3 separate western union employees told me I would need to go to heb to contact them and they can tell them exactly how to look up the serial number in the system so western union will be able to provide me with a refund. I went to heb and spoke with several managers. All of them refused to call western union.. I will return to heb tomorrow with western union on speaker phone. That's what western union advised me to do. Even western union informed me that heb is violating their terms by refusing to help.. I've always liked heb but I will never support this business again.. I do still have the heb receipt as proof of purchase yet they refuse to contact western union. I guess a simple phone call to help a customer is too much work for them.
