  So i had always told my friends and other people that the Dairy Queen on Port lavaca hwy in Victoria Texas is the best place to eat. Not on Red River and not in Moody street. It was like like 2 weeks ago Ms.Evelyn Bates I think she's the District Mgr. But she had worked at this particular Dairy Queen until she retired or got promoted. She's asked me how did I mtctaco salad. I told her the usual chicken. She asks again but this time ask if I want grill or crispy chicken or beef. I laughed. I told her no one has asked me that. I only say chicken or beef. She says " No ma'am this is how its made. So I ordered 2 taco chicken grilled salads. It's was the best ever. The quality of the vegetables were fresh and the chicken grill cut in cube size were delicious and still hot. Well hold and be hold today I ordered 2 chicken grill taco salads. When my husband handed mine and I open it it was so terrible that I could not believe it. Worse taco salad I've ever ate at Dairy Queen on port lavaca hwy, Victoria texas. It was fairly warm and the vegetables were old and soggy. The chicken was not grilled correctly. So what does it take? Should Ms. Bates be there every day to make sure the kitchen is doing their job right!! We spent over $20 dollars. We could had gone to eat buffet with this money. We are senior citizens and don't spent this kind of money on ourselves every day. Only once or maybe twice a month we treat ourselves. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

  Have lived in Victoria for over 25 years now. This was the first time at this location. Was clean, including the restaurant, the food and service was better than the average DQ.

  I live closer to the Dairy Queen in Bloomington but I'd rather drive the extra miles to go to this location just for the fact that the employees are so much more polite and friendly. Like they actually have great customer service especially Margaret G shes cool. The food is always on point, orders come out fast. Great job.

  Absolutely LOVE coming to this location because of Miss. Margaret!!!! Me and my husband come and she’s always there when we do and is so incredibly sweet!!!! Love her!!!🍦💕

  The one who brought me my food was so kind and considerate.. He was working so hard.food is great
