  My husband and I came in at about 5:30 p.m. last night (a sunday evening) and we had to wait at least 5 minutes to be seated while one waitress was sitting right in front of us talking to her boyfriend in full uniform. After being seated, by a different waitress, we ordered and upon receiving our meal the 6 wings I got were extremely cold and and the buffalo chicken ranch wrap had a hard, stale tortilla and the crispy chicken inside of it was also cold and very dry. My husband said that his hamburger patty seemed as if it was sitting under a heating lamp for hours. The waitress took the chicken wings and brought back fresh ones. We have come to this location several times because we have always loved the food but this experience made us not want to go back again. Also I gave the atmosphere a one star because the entire restaurant smells horrible.

  Online hours show opening at 11am. I walked in at 11:25 and was told I couldn't order until 11:30. I told the greeter I would just wait. She said I could go have a seat. I sat at the bar, 11:27 now. Bartender told me I couldn't sit back there until they opened at 11:30. I just left. Very poor atmosphere created by staff.

  We went to eat there at 12:20am when the website said it closed at 2am which we checked multiple times. I work in the service industry and I wouldn’t go to a place 30 minutes before closing. Upon arrival we asked if we could be sat and they said yes. After being seated we were continuously being rushed out, our sever told us that the kitchen closed at 1:45, we ordered by 12:40 and got our food around 1:00. She checked on us once and proceeded to tell us we needed to hurry up and leave and we had 10 minutes until we needed to be out of there. It was 1:08am when she told us this. If the website says you close at 2am why are we being rushed out. We did not enjoy the food, or the service and did not appreciate being rushed out when they didn’t close for another 40 minutes. The food was mid and they just need to close down already or change some stuff up.

  We went in this Monday and when you walk in you get this horrible smell of rotten eggs. We thought it would go away when we went to the bar area. We could still smell it and only sat down for a min before we decided not to eat at BWW. We were very excited to get some wings, been talking about it for a week. Was very disappointed that we couldn’t sit to enjoy a meal, let alone try and order anything.
