  I’ve been a loyal 7 Brew customer since 2024, and I’ve always had great experiences at the Laredo location. The staff there are friendly, welcoming, and always provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my visit to the Victoria, Texas location was different. The employee who helped me wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, and the interaction left me disappointed. I understand everyone can have an off day, but customer service is a big part of what makes 7 Brew stand out. This review isn’t a reflection of the entire Victoria team just the experience I had with the employee who served me. I hope she receives additional customer service training so future customers can enjoy the same great experience.

  I always ask the cashier for their recommendations, and they never disappoint. I love mine extra sweet with the caramel drizzle.

  Asked for a hot latte, no sleeve so burned my fingers. Asked for a receipt and the kid asked if I could take a picture of the screen. Two stars is being generous but the coffee is tasty, saving grace.
