    Nasty!!! Floor is greasy in the whole building!! How can you mess up chicken nuggets? They were nasty!! Bathroom was nasty!!

    Dirty. Bathrooms are a mess. It stinks in the restaurant. Food has obvious dirty kitchen grime on it. I’m not from here, and I’m thankful. I don’t have to succumb to this location when I want McDonald’s.

    If I could give this place a zero star rating or negative star rating that would be the more accurate rating. This goes out to all the managers of this store who like to hang up on customers including Curtis, special shout out to you. Hopefully that’s your real name because I like to state facts only but you will know if this is about you. So as everyone knows in the town of Vernon, this location is notorious for mess ups including getting your order wrong, leaving out items in delivery orders, etc. I mean the list truly goes on and on. The employees within the place are usually chill unless you have a problem. I get that they are busy but there is no need to give attitude when a customer has to approach you at the register to inform you that their order wasn’t made properly or they are still waiting for food they haven’t received. Also ignoring customers and acting like they are invisible isn’t really helping your image at all. Being able to handle customer issues as well as spitting out orders as fast as you can, which for your record isn’t fast at all, comes with the job. I get that nobody is perfect including myself and I have patiently shown grace hoping for improvements but there is only so much grace that can honestly be shown on my behalf any longer when it comes to dealing with this location. What shouldn’t be acceptable and dismissed as standard are the facts that the store doesn’t want to take accountability for the abundance of “human error” as Curtis liked to refer to it as when I wanted answers for why once again I am missing items from a DoorDash delivery order. For those who think I am overreacting I would love for you to pull up the track record of mess ups for this location. I get things can happen on occasion but this is a guaranteed event going to take place if I order delivery and honestly that is insane. Now as Curtis stated to me I could just stop using those services but the delivery service isn’t where the issue lies. The issue lies amongst your employees within the McDonald’s accounting for all the “human error” that takes place. As a manager you manage employees, which isn’t limited to but should include ensuring out for delivery orders not only have all items but all items are made per customer request and uphold the highest quality. Well Curtis I love how once again this McDonald’s attempted to dodge accountability by telling me as the customer that I needed to call the same day to inform you that once again I had missing items in my order. I did call same day to the customer service of McDonald’s that handles the delivery side of things for DoorDash and guess what, because I have so many refund requests on my account from other previous times you guys messed up, they can’t issue me a refund isn’t that sad. So if you would have not rudely hung up on me as I was explaining things you would have understood why I called your store the next day because I found out via e-mail today that they couldn’t issue the refund. I get that the employees don’t care to listen at all to customers issues and you figure you shouldn’t have to deal with the extra nonsense but I actually just want the constant errors to be less. Let’s be real there are not a ton of choices in town and on occasion people want delivery so all that I’m asking for is a little deeper investigating to account for where and why the errors are happening on such a regular basis. If this is above your pay grade send it up the line. Because even if you got me to never go there again you still have everyone else in this town to deal with when they are unhappy. So honestly not hearing people out and keeping things the way they are is truly doing a non service to yourself and all of your employees. If you don’t want to improve things at this McDonald’s for my sake because you have some bias against me, do it for your own friends and family in this town and everyone else. Be the manager that gets stuff done and lowers the errors. I get that you are not the only manager but set the expectation standard.
