Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Looks like the managers are keeping the business low so they can manage it. You are never going to build sales this way. Get managers that can actually handle a rush. Right now it isn't even busy and we are waiting 10 minutes after driving over here. The service is to build sales as a business. You are failing.
- NNNONESep 24, 20261.0I haven't eaten here in a few months and I remember why. Ordered the tender meal and of course the smallest tenders you could find and the oldest fries. I turned around and asked for fresh fries. Mind you I watched them and they just put the fries that had been sitting there in the fryer for a min and seasoned it to give to me so they tasted overcooked. For $12 bucks food quality has significantly declined. I really dont understand how these fast food chains raising their prices but the quality isn't. Im so done. Ugh

When I questioned the three pennies I was shorted, the cashier told me, “My boss tells me to round down.” Three pennies may seem insignificant to one customer. But multiply 3¢ × 250 million customer transactions and you get: $7,500,000. That is $7.5 million. I’m not claiming that Whataburger is actually collecting $7.5 million from rounding—I’m asking a very simple question: How much money is being retained from customers through rounding down, and where does that money go? To Whataburger management: Please explain your rounding policy to your customers. To consumers: Pay attention to those pennies. Small amounts become very large amounts when multiplied by millions of transactions. Three pennies deserves an explanation.

Had to wait another 20 minutes for the food... only to leave, and be driving down the highway, when we found a piece of tape, roughly an inch long... chock full of gray hairs, and a white liquid... corporate was called. The food is not worth the risk of catching whatever the employees have...
