  Drinks are good. Food has either been cold or not right. And the line is very long and the stall is longer

  Was given 2 ranches when I placed an online order for 3 meals. The app allows you to select an amount of ranches— I selected several for each meal. Then I’m told at the window that I’d have to pay for more than 2 ranches even though they were on my order. Normally this wouldn’t be that big of a deal because I would go home but this particular day I was not headed home. The employee at the window was very disrespectful and condescending (young Hispanic) I was told she was the “assistant manager” and her name was “Amy” but I doubt that’s the truth because the number that she gave me for the regional manager is a fake. Absolutely affected my day for the worse; really hope that lady isn’t actually in management.

  Genuinely train them better. Why do I have to wait 10 minutes for my online order that was just a large diet Dr Pepper and even then I did not get it. Get it together or go back to the old management where it was better.

  Absolutely rude and I had ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and I had told them at the drive though I needed ranch and honey mustard. The lady said ok pull to the window when nobody was at the window waited for 10 mins then the lady gives me the bag, and I had looked at it to make sure my sauces were in there and there was just one sauce in there. So I kindly asked for some ranch and another honey mustard the Lady said we are going to have to charge you extra for that. She’s was extremely rude you already pay eight dollars for chicken tenders you think you at least get a couple sauces with it. I just know for next time not to come back to this location.

  Had to wait 30 minutes for my order and the food was cold. They were not even busy. This sonic always disappoints with the food, however this time was worse because I had to wait so long for cold food. They then charged me for extra for sauce which I normally wouldn’t mind paying but was already aggravated with the wait. This is by far the worst Sonic I have been to.
