  Every single time I’ve ordered from this place they ALWAYS forget something! My orders are small, it’s usually two kids meals. I just don’t get what’s so hard about making sure all the food is in the bag!

  I just left there a few minutes ago, but even though there were people in line, they told me they were closed when I got to the screen to order. The car before me was able to placed an order but I was denied.

  somehow forgets 2-3 items from order every time i've been here. nuggets and fries are always stale as if they've been sitting out for hours. wonderful establishment, this is actually the first ever review ive left on anything.

  Have been going to this restaraunt for months pretty much every single day and sometimes multiple times a day. Really haven't had an issue that wasn't reasonably solved until today. Ordered the basket of fries and nuggets and asked them to be made fresh or HOT basically because when I don't they are always lukewarm or cold. Took a while to get out food and when i did, the nuggets were fine but the basket of fries were lukewarm at best. Ate 1 fry from the basket and then told the front employee /manager they were not even barely warm could we get these please fresh. He brings them back and they are pretty much the same. Ate some off the top (basket wasn't full already) and they were just nasty and not even barely warm. Cold or lukewarm fries are not good! So got another employee and asked if we could please get these hot because they were still cold. Then the I'm assuming front manager guy comes to the table and tells me you cannot eat half the order and then ask them to be made fresh I brought these straight from being pulled from the fryer. NO he did not unless the fryer was off because these were no where near hot or i wouldn't of said 1 thing. And I don't unless the food is cold or not made right. I couldn't believe he would basically tell me I'm trying to get.a whole basket of fries for free because we got so much for free I guess. I don't even know what his deal was but felt so disappointed that someone you saw everyday would treat you that way instead of if he actually thought u were trying to get more for free, him just bring you half a basket of Hot fries back. Completely disappointed and honestly hurt that I would be spoken to in that way. I didn't want anything for free I just wanted my food hot and I didn't think that was too much to ask. Have never beem disrespectful to an employee just asl for refills and my food to be hot. But won't do it again. Will find another place to give my money (no matter how small) to instead of being made to feel that way by an employee you thought was a nice guy. Don't know if he was just having a bad day or what but just not worth being disrespected over some mcdonalds fries. Just ate here because it was convenient in between working. Thanks for the past service and for the employees that would make your food hot and not make you feel like a theif.

  If i could leave no stars I would. I went to get breakfast on my 15 min break working from home and how is it that I ordered the big breakfast and I have no pancakes. So what is one suppose to do when they are trying to feed their baby. It’s not like i didn’t have a choice I had to go back and use my LUNCH time, to go get my order fixed to feed my baby.
