  We eat here once or twice a week food and service always great.. even when they are busy very customer friendly..

  I love Charley's! They have the best sandwiches around. Always warm, toasty and melted with lots of meat and cheese. The staff is always pleasant and super helpful too. I give Charley's five stars and highly recommend them.

  We stop in here during a tornado warning. Sirens blaring. Baseball sized hail they said was coming our way… I had my two small kids with me and was out away from home. We were relieved when we pulled up a got into safety. The door was unlocked and the sign on the door said open until 9PM…it was only 7PM.. we go in and they said we can take your order but you will have to leave we are trying to close the store…(My mom said I can get food, but right now we are just trying to get into a safe building from the storm and she asked them don’t you here the tornado sirens and there’s a tornado warning? ) (because there is not much out there this was the gist pace we found to stop other then the gas station across the street and due to lack of parking we went here) mind you no storms are behind the system of storms coming through at that moment so after this storm passed (by 8PM) nothing else was going to come through … I’d get it if the bad weather was going to keep on through the night … BUT we are in a active tornado warning with sirens and the restaurant is technically not closed … And they tell us we have to leave … We ask them please. The hail is coming. We don’t wanna take our little kids out into this again ,We just got here. We’ve been driving through it and it’s bad… He said I’ll call my manager. The manager speaks to my mom On the employee’s phone and tells us that we need to leave her store because the safety of her employees is more important and my mom said why would you send your employees out into the tornado warning? To which she’s told her we needed to leave with our small children back into the tornado warning with sirens blurring …. And told us we could go to the gas station across the street … Which was jampacked with no parking because everyone’s hiding from the tornado Warning … thankfully, we made it into The gas station with our small children ….where we were greeted by a lot of employees of the gas station and Starbucks, who MANAGERS where having them help usher people to safety of the bathroom instead of ushering them out the door into the Tornado warned storm…. To which they said you guys can stay here as long as the weather is bad all that matters is that everyone is safe … Which is what you think you would expect from an establishment … I’m in disbelief and will be contacting corporate. I’ve never been in a situation where there’s a bad storm and something’s is not closed and they’re kicking people back out into a tornado warning with sirens blaring rain and hail…….. As someone who was a manager of a Starbucks for seven years… I would’ve never sent customers back out into severe weather, even if we were at closing time… *Which mind you this restaurant was not* That being said, thankfully, the tornado Touchdown just west of us but there was a Tornado in this storm and I’m shocked at the rudeness and stupidity of this establishment…
