  I ordered a blast from this location and there was nothing mixed in only a few things sprinkled on top basically soft serve ice cream with a few sprinkles. I’m talking a very few things sprinkled on top. I pulled around and pushed the red button on another stall and let the lady know. Hey this wasn’t nothing was mixed into my blast. She said I’d have to pay for a new one that they don’t give out free food but I hadn’t even eaten the first one. I just wanted it to be made properly and she basically told me it’s not gonna happen and then I have to pay for a second one, but I was gonna give her back the first one and then she said sorry we’re not giving away free food! Then I called to get her name and her manager, and she basically hung up on me. Poorly managed poorly owned, never will be back ever. I don’t know who trained this young lady but when a customer says, hey there wasn’t anything mixed into my blast. Can you please remake it, maybe they forgot and she told me I have to pay for a new one. mind you after I waited way too long to get one blast that wasn’t even made properly. I’ve never been treated like that before. Terrible ownership. Terrible management terrible workers. !

  While on town for work I grabbed a iced caramel coffee, bacon broiche breakfast sandwich and a sprite. My sandwich was DELICIOUS and service was wonderful so I wanted to share my experience from this morning.
