  I placed a mobile oder on the app and went to the location to pickup. The staff did not find my order. McDonalds app couldn’t refund the lost order since my GPS said I was at the store. I gave money for nothing.

  Well, first off it always takes awhile to get food. I always have to park and wait. Then when I get home, I'm usually missing something. But this time I checked!! Everything was there except the fries looked a day old. I wasn't going to wait forore. They tasted a day old. But the kicker was my fillet of fish. I know they're small but the almost $5 price tag is ridiculous. You can practically get 2 mcdoubles for what you pay for 1 fish!!! Then I get home and the tartar sauce was non-existent. Tell that the person making this didn't know. Look at the picture. Now I get this automatically generated response!! This response says from owner. Gives me a link that I have type in, I can't just click on it! Not doing that. I'll just bring the fish sandwich back and show other customers.

  Used to love going to this restaurant but last time we door dash our burgers were undercooked, fries were cold.

  Order was perfect but the drive through order taker was kind of rude, maybe she had a bad day or something but either way it was still good and I don't wanna complain too much because I didn't feel like cooking and she felt like going to work to deal with people so it's fine
