  According to the new rewards system, 1/2 price drinks are for Legend status members. I'm a Legend member and I do not have the 1/2 price drinks offer on my app. I've submitted a feedback form a few days ago and haven't heard back. I've called the support line twice and got hung up on both times while I was waiting to talk to a representative.

  We waited at this sonic for 40 minutes. The screen said Rosie was on the way and after 15 minutes we still had no food. Pressed the button and asked if they gave the food to the wrong car and they hung up. Atleast we know the food was hot, we didn’t even get alot of food.

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was really frustrating. I pressed the red button to order and no one answered while the car next to me, who got there after me, was already being helped and able to order. I pressed the button again and someone finally answered, but halfway through taking my order they stopped responding completely. After waiting about 5 minutes, I called the restaurant to let them know what was going on. They said they were going to send someone out, but I’m still sitting here waiting and nobody has come out or tried to continue taking my order through the speaker. Meanwhile, the car that arrived after me had already placed their order. Very disappointing customer service experience.

  We went to get a meal for my family and we requested an unsweetened tea for my wife as she is diabetic. We repeated ourselves three times to make sure it was unsweetened tea. We asked for sweetener for our unsweetened tea and were given artificial sweetener. I want to say we did say unsweetened tea THREE freaking times and my wife was giving sweet tea and went into diabetic ketoacidosis and had to be rushed to ER. Manager was completely unprofessional and because our ticket said “Sweet Tea” there was “nothing they could do… They are seriously gonna end up killing someone! I am seriously considering taking legal action!
