  Ordered carry out yesterday and I think our pictures are worth alot more than an explanation of why we won’t be returning. We usually go to the Pizza Hut in Hondo but since we were in Uvalde thought we just go here. Like seriously over sauced wings and not sauced pizza??? I know thin and crispy but this pizza literally had no sauce. I have to double check and make sure I ordered the pizza with it and yes I did 😂😂

  I usually like eating at Pizza Hut, and the food is always good, which is why I keep coming back. But there’s one thing that keeps bothering me. Every time I go in, the music is really loud, and it’s usually heavy metal or hard rock. On my last visit, I politely asked if the music could be turned down a bit or changed to something more fitting for a restaurant. Unfortunately, the employee acted like I was asking for something unreasonable, which made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I get that employees want to listen to music while they work, but customers are there to relax and enjoy their meal. In my case, I was just trying to have a peaceful lunch before heading back to work. I hope management will keep the volume at a reasonable level and choose music that feels a little more welcoming for everyone.

  I ordered online and food showed up via door dash.....Door dash? When did Pizza Hut stop having delivery drivers. Was missing food and order was messed up and it wasn't hot! Dissatisfied all around. Just look at the pictures of the food. When I have gone in person, service is great and food was great.

  Sam was absolutely horrible and rude. We walked in and they had the music blasting, we thought they would lower it when we arrived and sat down but of course they didn’t. She asked what we wanted to drink and what we chose she stated they didn’t have it and the machine was broken. We asked if we could have it in the bottle because a couple days prior we went in to eat and had a great experience. They gave us the bottle cokes cause the machine was down, and now Sam said no they didn’t allow that. Okay. We ordered the same thing as a couple days prior and placed it on our app as a to go order instead since we wanted drinks with our meals and were told No, the music still blasting so we just ordered to go. Again we ordered the same thing as last time, we got 12 wings as part of our order. Last time we were given 2 ranches and we ordered more and paid for those but got the 2 with the wings well Now Sam said No again and that we have to pay for them. Listen if you learned to speak to people correctly when we arent being rude to you as you were right away with us then maybe people wouldn’t have such a shitty experience. DO BETTER.

  Great place serveice is on point, food is great, got my food in a timely manner overall a great experience!!!
