  Went through the drive through at 6:44am, ordered a chicken strip sandwhich meal and a kids meal (I work nights so this was my dinner) I was the only one in line and was told something about their register not working at the window so they'll have to take my card to the front, a little uncomfortable losing sight of my card but alright. Got my card back, drinks and was told that they're just waiting on "Fresh Fries" for my order so they tell me to go up to the VIP spot to wait. So I waited a couple minutes, got my food and drove home. When I open the bag, bam no fresh fries with my order, just the sandwhich and the kids meal (which was complete). Really big bummer about not having those fries, I was craving those more than my actual sandwich. I've had this happen before at this specific location and that caused me not to swing by for a really long time, sadly I came by and was met again with the same issue. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one 😐 Not gonna come back to this one and I recommend others to avoid disappointment to go to a different location.

  You make me wait for a double meat burger no cheese for almost 15 minutes and you wonder why I threw out my trash while I was waiting. Next time don't make the customer wait because you didn't like the way he ordered his meal.

  We had the pleasure to be served by Mrs.Teresa and her attitude was so positive. It’s hard to find people that maintain an enjoyable atmosphere at restaurants and she made our entire day! <3

  My son stood in line forever waiting to check on our order, which was only 2 meals and a sandwich. It was not busy at all in the dining area or drive thru, however, the employees on duty (at least 4 that I counted) I noticed were either not coming to check on the register area regualrly or I saw them notice him, but walk right past him. Then, when an employee finally came to the front (male, heavy set, white), he completely ignored my son and started tending a customer who got to the counter area after my son did. I also noticed that a different employee (male, dark, long curly hair) kept approaching that same customers table to ask how everything was and making small talk, but never came to ours. To make matter worse, that same customer that got preferred service arrived and placed their order after we did and got their food long before ours was ready. WTH.

  Don't know why we bother with this location. Every time we do curbside from here its like rolling the dice. You just hope you 1. Get all your food, 2. Its actually what you ordered, 3. You won't have to return to get what they forgot or messed up. Today we did curbside, they forgot 2 full meals. How they manage to do that, no idea. Its been like this for the last 6 years. Definitely not worth going to if you can afford to go somewhere else.
