  That guy that works at the window at night time is so rude I'm surprised he hasn't been snatched out the window and the food is never good. Zero out of 10 would not recommend.

  Whataburger was excellent. Love that they greeted people coming in and leaving.

  Ordered 2 BOB Sausage sandwiches. They excluded the sausage. Sausage was on the biscuit, but not on the BOBs. Feels malicious because it was a drive through order. I got my money back. If you don’t want to do your job, go to the house. Stop playing with people’s food. I’m done eating at BDT.

  I am disappointed I got went through the outer side of the drive-through got there at 7:30 p.m. and I kept saying cars going out on the insight of the drive-through. I called to see what was going on with my order. The female manager, said that they had gotten it wrong and they were working on it. I let her know that we were there for half an hour already, and my order was still not out. She said she was gonna bring it out to us but instead somebody else. The young man they took our order told us that when he put in the order they skipped his order which was mine and started working on all the other orders. I have never had any problems with any of the other Whataburger, but this is one that I will not return to.

  Went through the drive through at 6:44am, ordered a chicken strip sandwhich meal and a kids meal (I work nights so this was my dinner) I was the only one in line and was told something about their register not working at the window so they'll have to take my card to the front, a little uncomfortable losing sight of my card but alright. Got my card back, drinks and was told that they're just waiting on "Fresh Fries" for my order so they tell me to go up to the VIP spot to wait. So I waited a couple minutes, got my food and drove home. When I open the bag, bam no fresh fries with my order, just the sandwhich and the kids meal (which was complete). Really big bummer about not having those fries, I was craving those more than my actual sandwich. I've had this happen before at this specific location and that caused me not to swing by for a really long time, sadly I came by and was met again with the same issue. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one 😐 Not gonna come back to this one and I recommend others to avoid disappointment to go to a different location.
